Excellent service from Niki, the Loyalty Supervisor, from the warm and welcoming check in process to the small details remembered throughout our stay. As a Gold Elite Member, I was upgraded to a Beachfront Cottage (loved the outdoor bath and shower!) and was accommodated with a late checkout which was greatly appreciated as we had an evening flight back. Never have I enjoyed my Elite privileges as much, thank you so much Niki! The entire stay was just pure rest and relaxation. Lots of restaurants to choose from depending on what cuisine you're craving. Loved the pizza at the Anchorage Bar, one of the best Quattro Formaggio I have tried=) Friendly staff everywhere esp Shafeeq at Anchorage Bar, Chef Ashkan (not sure if I spelled it right) at Feast who introduced us to local Maldivian breakfast and we also had the pleasure of meeting Rozel, the Asst. Food - mouthwatering and vast array of choice! Apart from the buffet at Feast, we visited Sea Salt twice and the food was divine! Kudos to the chef and waiters. Beautiful setting from Anchorage bar during sunset. Lunch was excellent and so were the staff. Lobby - Our overall experience at this amazing resort was impeccable. I think the staff were the most welcoming ever and went out of their way to help, especially Thasneem from the front lobby, who was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and revisit. Read Less
