The concept of the resort is to have a care-free stay with many activities included. This includes snorkeling around the island, some yoga classes and certain other activities here and there. The staff is allowed to talk and mingle with guests making it a very cool possibility to learn a little more about the local life which you wouldn’t otherwise see or experience. Despite the island being quite small, it did not feel feel crowded at all and you were constantly able to have privacy (we were here in low season) If interested, the staff offers a tour of the “operations” of the island (energy generation, water purification, laundry, living quarters of the staff, etc). This was super interesting. Cons: Some activities and certain meals and beverages come at an extra charge (e.g. diving or dolphin watching excursion). Most of these extra costs are extremely high compared to international standards (e.g. 310 USD for a standard double dive with a boat). Be aware of that before coming! You have to make sure to book dining and some activities ideally with some days in advance, otherwise there will be no more slots available. This is especially important in high season! Read Less
