Thanks to all the staff for a great holiday. Great Job! The island is very green and clean. From the moment we arrived, Pawan met us and told us about all the changes, the last time we were before COVID, we were provided with exactly the room we wanted. The food in the main restaurant is simply excellent, various themed dishes, very beautiful decoration. Chef Nishantha cooks very tasty and with soul. Thanks to him for giving us so much pleasure and of course the work of our waiter Zubair, always smiling, friendly, notices what we prefer and prepares for us in advance.I really wanted to thank everyone for our great vacation. Located on a perfect-sized island it offers so much beautiful nature on and around it to explore including fascinating trees, plants, lizards, crabs, birds, bats, coral reefs, fishes, sharks, mantays, dolphins and turtles. While snorkeling and diving are two of the most popular actions to do so one can also enjoy the scenery while taking a stroll on the warm and soft beach surrounding the island. For more action there is a huge variety of sports available including volleyball, tennis, table tennis, squash, a gym, billiards, canoeing, wind surfing, stand up paddling, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing and fishing. We can definitely recommend snorkeling and canoeing around the island. One may tries one of various relaxing treatments the local Spa offers. Taking a free book from the book shelve located in the beautiful arranged garden and enjoying some quality time at one of the many swings located throughout the island, in the day beds close to the fresh water pool or the sun beds at the beach is also an appealing option. If one feels the range of activities is huge then one might not believe the countless beverage and food experiences that are being offered all day long. There are four buffet offers during the day. Breakfast buffet with intercontinental dishes as well as English breakfast and Asian warm meals like rice and curries. Not to forget the huge variety of fresh juices and smoothies probably more than ten and the fresh fruits. There are also buffets for lunch and dinner that are even more impressive including a salat array, cheese and canape selection, up to 6 curries next to several noodle and potato dishes. There is also live grilling and the biggest selection of sweets including a daily chocolate fountain. In case one misses out on the main buffets there is also the chance to get freshly made complimentary dishes like satay chicken, beef enchiladas, spaghetti carbonara, cheese burger and club sandwiches at the pool restaurant or a free mini buffet with e.g. samosas, spring rolls and cake on the other side of the island at the a la carte restaurant. Of course the accopanying drinks are for free and even diverse cocktails and mocktails at the pool bar and pool restaurant are going along. The fridge of the beach villa includes complimentary cola, juices and beer to suit the free snacks/ sweets and fruits. In case of pregnancy one may get 0,0% beer for free. The accommodation is a dream. Our Sunset Beach Villa was a spacious, stand alone bungalow with wooden interior and indirect lighting. The highlight next to comfortable bed was the bathroom with an inside and private outside shower. The shady terrace was having direct access to and great of the beach and ocean. Each Beach Villa comes with sun beds and countless towels. All of this is only being surpassed by the most kindest and dedicated staff we have ever experienced. The gardens and beaches are being cleaned and forked every day. The terrace is cleaned every morning and the rooms are made twice a day including filling up the fridge. Housekeeping is super friendly and one has never to wait in case of any inquiries. The bed decorations were awesome and we always had plenty of chips bags when housekeeping found out that this is my favorite snack. The sport staff was very helpful and gave good advices what best to do while children are accompanying. They even took care of our child so that my wife and I could play some rounds of table tennis. The waitresses, waiters and cooks of the different venues were utmost attentive and loved to give our child a great time. Once they found out that our child loves fruits they served her freshly peeled and cutted slices and even prepared pomgranade for her. And they have organized 0,0% beer and mixbeer for my pregnat wife. We had a dedicated person in charge at the reception whom we could contact 24/7 via WhatsApp and he took care immediately of all our inquiries. He even offered that he would ship to a different island in order to get a stemp for our postcard which was extremely nice but way to much effort to ask for. Literally, no wish was left open by this incredible team. No amount of tip could express our gratitude but I hope fellow travelers find this review helpful and can confirm our great experiences. The first thing that will take your attention in this resort is the service, i would rate the human resource (service) here with 10 stars (5 stars are not enough), a special thank is dedicated to : The restaurant staff all together but especially : 1) to the outlet manager Mithila 2) Ahmed Zubair 3) Damith Maduranga 4) Latheef 5) Kishore 6) Abdulla 7) Kavya 8) Samatha Those are the people with whom we got most in touch with and they are really professional, very friendly with unforgettable hospitality and very attentive! I have never see such service in my whole travelling experience. The other names that I can’t remember in the restaurant side are also excellent! The room is also between very good (4 stars ) and excellent (5stars), it depend on the days and on your preferences, but if you don’t like something they will change it immediately! In room service we got two young guys for cleaning ; Eevaan and Jeyan, both of them are excellent, very helpful, very polite and extremely professional! If you come here request their service, you will never disappointed! I will update more once our vacation is over. Read Less
