Resort has 4 restaurants and 3 of them is a la carte restaurant that you need to make reservation, since we have a very limited period, resort made reservation for us and when we arrived they informed us about our bookings that was a very thoughtful action. All of the resort staff is very friendly and especially the staff working in the restaurants are very professional and experienced. Resort Manager Hassan is very friendly to the guests. I think he is great team leader as he manages the staff from 20 different nationalities and make them to work with harmony. Within more than hundreds of options in Maldives, Dhigali is one the best in terms of service and location. In addition, it is a beautiful combination of tropic forest and exotic beach with delicious food. Just have a small observation, due to food culture of the region, foods are very spicy. Read Less

The food was to die for… every restaurant and the buffet food was incredible!!! drinks were fab and can make most cocktails if you have a fave not on the list!! The beach bar guy young lad who had hadn’t been there long was fab!!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt like we were in paradise!! The kids club staff were lovely and even had a gift sent to reception for my son for the morning we left which was such a lovely touch he was thrilled!! A beautiful bed decoration and cake delivered on the morning of my birthday was such a lovely touch!! From arrival until departure, everything was perfect! We recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking to have a memorable maldivian vacation. The staff really made the difference and made us feel right at home. I booked the 5-day spa package, which I can only HIGHLY recommend. The entire spa team was amazing and so welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Gusti with whom I booked all 5 massages with. She is extremely professional and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Gusti was always so kind, greeted me with a smile (a true sunshine personality) and was super flexible to accommodate my preferences. I have never had such an amazing massage than with Gusti - she truly has some magic hands! One of our favorite people to see was MISBE, a treasure to get to know! He always made us laugh, told us stories about the Maldives and was always available to extend a lending hand whenever we needed any assistance. He is really a gem and a true gift for Dhigali! We cannot thank him enough for all his help and his kind soul. To Hadhoum and Hassan from the front office, thank you so much for welcoming us and always making us laugh from the first steps on the island until the departure. Without the both of you, the front office experience during our trip would not be the same. Another person worth mentioning is Dhombe from Housekeeping, who always took great care of us and our room. Of course, not to forget - Cathy. Not only was she always greeting us with a smile every morning but in the evening she became our superstar and sang the most beautiful songs. This woman really could do it all! Last but not least, thank you Christian for making this holiday one that we will remember forever. We have met many General Managers in the past but Christian is truly a professional at his job and always made sure we were having a great time!
