The reservation personnel were very efficient and polite. They asked for our documents in advance to expedite our checkin, which was very helpful. The transfer team to the resort was very accommodating and arranged a boat for us at our convenience to an from resort. The speedboat to the island is very luxurious, and the captain came to introduce himself to us, which was a superb touch. Small touches like this made the experience even more special. We got a welcome photo taken, which was also sent to us. Our host was very informative, and they have a great guest portal, which they introduced to us, ok WhatsApp. The ocean front villas with private pools are nicely designed with more outdoor space than inside, which is nice. The spa is another must try. IIN is an excellent therapist. The island is picturesque and unspoiled . Quintessentially Maldivian. The movie selection was also really good. The resort is small, and the ambience is very relaxed. It's more for honeymooners unless you have a kid who enjoys being in the pool all day like ours. The option to go to their sister property if you wish makes the island experience seem larger. The standout team was F&B. Their service was exceptional. Special mentions to the Grill master, sous chef, amjad, and Abdulla. The meals were substantial and delicious. The service is what makes the resort stand out. We felt really welcome and at home. All team members were kind and helpful. Small touches and kind smiles goes a long way. Everyone we met went the extra mile for us and for our son. One of the best service experiences we have had in our extensive travels! We look forward to coming back again soon and experiencing the new upgrades! Read Less
