At the airport we were greeted by Emerald staff who gave us tickets for the seaplan and let us into the airport lounge. At the resort we were met by Kunal who followed us throughout the trip and booked lunches, dinners and excursions, always in a kind and considerate manner, thanks Kunal! The cuisine is varied, directed by chef Moreno. Homemade pasta, selected meat and local fish, all cooked to perfection! A good experience, unfortunately too short. Read Less

A certain variety of activities was present, starting from different free lessons such as yoga or tennis as well as different themed dinner nights. Snorkeling and diving lessons were really well taught with expert divers! Quite a wide range of sea life, making dives really interesting. Food was also quite good with different dishes in various restaurants. One recommendation though is to try to book most activities ahead in order to choose the most suitable date and time for yourself through the app. Read Less
